
The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for proactively soliciting and managing large group and catering opportunities with significant revenue potential. This role plays a crucial part in driving customer loyalty and maximizing revenue through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, guest services, or a related professional area, OR a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
Strong negotiation and creative selling skills.
Ability to build and strengthen relationships with customers.
Understanding of market conditions and economic trends.
Experience in developing and executing group/catering sales plans.
