Job Requirements
Processes general IT degree with major in area of expertise.
At least 6 years of experience in a related field.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
A proven track record of delivering IT services that enhances organizational capability and outcomes.
Ability to prioritize, focus on the most important issues and manage relationships and expectations of stakeholders in achieving business outcomes.
Good change management skills with the ability to initiate change and manage change effectively.
Ability to manage the entire spectrum of information technology operations with up-to-date knowledge of new or emerging information technology and software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including effective presentation skills.
Strong influencing style with high credibility, integrity, strong level of EQ, and willingness to seek assistance and support when necessary.
Self-motivated, independent, cooperative, flexible and creative.
Willing to work on a flexible schedule and travel extensively to operating units.
