
The Senior State Registered Nurse, ICU/HDU is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients in critical conditions. This role involves collaborating with medical staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
As a Senior State Registered Nurse in the ICU/HDU, you will engage in daily assessments of patient conditions and plan individualized care. You will also participate in health education and maintain effective communication with patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Registered Nurse with relevant qualifications.
Trained and certified in BLS/ACLS/NRP.
Experience in critical care management.
Ability to interpret ECG and ABG.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
