Role Summary
The SENIOR TECHNICIAN - CONTROL AND INSTRUMENTATION is responsible for ensuring reliable system performance in Control and Instrumentation operations. This role involves troubleshooting, maintenance, and improvement of various plant control systems, contributing to the overall efficiency and safety of the production environment.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that include troubleshooting and maintaining control systems to ensure optimal performance. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with a team to address equipment issues and implement improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on control systems.
- Perform inspections and respond to equipment breakdowns promptly.
- Assist with the installation of new systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot faults in instrumentation systems effectively.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
- Support technical knowledge transfer to junior technicians.
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001/GMP, safety, and SOP standards.
Job Requirements
Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Control Instrumentation, Mechatronic Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum 2 years experience in the C&I field.
Skilled in PLC (Siemens or Fatek), basic wiring, loop drawings, sensor and mechanical installation.
Strong troubleshooting skills and technical accuracy.
Able to work under pressure and follow company rules.
