The position requires collaboration with kitchen and bar staff and assisting with opening and closing duties.
Job Requirements
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.
Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, or promotions.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve orders promptly and ensure all items meet quality standards before serving.
Check in with customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
Handle billing, process payments, and balance cash or POS transactions.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and sanitation standards.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager.
