Server (Females) – MTH Catering Services Sdn Bhd

The Server (Females) is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a dining environment. This role involves engaging with customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to deliver a seamless dining experience.

In this role, you will welcome customers, assist them in seating, and present menus while ensuring a pleasant dining atmosphere. You will take food and beverage orders, serve them promptly, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding a table.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, or promotions.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve orders promptly and ensure all items meet quality standards before serving.
• Check in with customers during meals to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle billing, process payments, and balance cash or POS transactions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager.
