
The Service Advisor is responsible for guiding and supporting the service team in identifying and resolving mechanical and electrical issues. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all repairs comply with manufacturer guidelines and technical standards while optimizing workforce allocation.
In this role, you will work closely with technicians and service staff to manage job scheduling and ensure timely completion of tasks. You will also oversee parts requisition and monitor delivery timelines to maintain efficient operations.
