
The Service Technician - Jura is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Jura coffee machines. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring optimal performance, contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty to the Jura brand.
As a Service Technician for Jura, you will engage in daily tasks that include installation, maintenance, and repair of coffee machines in various client locations. You will work closely with the technical team and interact with customers to provide exceptional service and support. Key Responsibilities: - Install Jura coffee machines at client locations. - Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of machines. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively. - Provide training to customers on proper machine usage. - Address client inquiries and offer solutions promptly. - Collaborate with the technical team to enhance service delivery. - Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
Technical diploma or equivalent experience in electronics or mechanical engineering.
Proven experience in servicing coffee machines or similar equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
