High school diploma or GED with 5 years' experience in guest services, front desk, sales and marketing, or related professional area, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality or related major with 3 years' experience in guest services or front desk.
Ability to manage public space operations and maintain quality and standards daily.
Skills to develop and execute plans to support public space goals and drive guest satisfaction.
Capability to maximize guest productivity by providing meeting spaces, business services, and conducive atmosphere.
Experience in staffing and managing public space coverage and services to support guest needs.
Ability to build and manage relationships with local businesses and vendors to meet guest business service needs.
Skills to coordinate communication across departments for seamless guest services.
Ability to organize and host events that foster personal and professional development of guests.
Good guest relations and problem resolution skills to maintain a seamless guest experience.
Awareness of hotel operations, guest requests, and ability to support check-in and check-out services when needed.
