Job Description
In this role, you will manage and enhance relationships with assigned merchant accounts, driving their growth through targeted campaigns and promotions. You will work closely with F&B merchants to address challenges, achieve KPI targets, and ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, you will identify high-potential merchants and collaborate with internal teams to execute successful campaigns while monitoring market trends.
Job Requirements
0-2 years of experience in business development or sales
Diploma or SPM graduates from all backgrounds
Willingness to travel for merchant visits
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu or Chinese is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work during peak periods
Comfortable with on-ground tasks as needed
