As a Site Supervisor in Penang, you will ensure that construction work adheres to quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities include checking construction drawings for compliance, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring workmanship meets industry standards. You will also conduct quality inspections, manage material orders, and maintain records of work progress, while promoting a culture of quality and efficiency on site.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in construction supervision, particularly in M&E projects
Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
Ability to coordinate effectively with subcontractors
Knowledge of quality inspection processes and QLASSIC requirements
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Familiarity with ISO documentation and waste management controls
Capability to manage and report on daily work progress
