
The Skyway Crew 1 role involves assisting customers with boarding and disembarking from gondolas while ensuring safety and compliance with ticket scanning procedures. The position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage crowd control effectively.
Responsible for ensuring that all customers scan their Skyway boarding tickets at the turnstile before boarding. Assist customers in safely boarding and disembarking the Skyway gondolas at the station or platform. Provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries courteously and professionally.
