Job Description
As a Skyway Crew 1 member, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them in scanning their tickets and boarding the gondolas safely. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all customers scan their Skyway boarding tickets at the turnstile before boarding.
- Assist customers during boarding and disembarking from the gondola.
- Provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries.
- Report incidents or customer complaints to the Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in implementing contingency plans during emergencies.
- Help manage crowd control at queue lines.
- Record passenger counts and operational logs.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
