As a Skyway Crew 1 member, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them in scanning their tickets and boarding the gondolas safely. You will work in a dynamic environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customers scan their Skyway boarding tickets at the turnstile before boarding.
• Assist customers during boarding and disembarking from the gondola.
• Provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries.
• Report incidents or customer complaints to the Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in implementing contingency plans during emergencies.
• Help manage crowd control at queue lines.
• Record passenger counts and operational logs.
