Social Media Manager / Copywriter (Full-Time, On-site in Kuala Lumpur) at Enternite

The Social Media Manager / Copywriter is responsible for managing and crafting content that embodies the Enternite brand across all digital platforms. This role has a significant impact on the company's online presence and requires collaboration with various teams to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling.

In this role, you will oversee Enternite's social media channels, creating engaging content and strategies to enhance audience engagement. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating closely with creative teams to maintain the brand's visual identity and voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all Enternite social channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and Xiaohongshu.
• Build monthly content calendars, posting routines, and campaign roadmaps.
• Maintain brand consistency across tone, copy, and visuals.
• Write engaging English and Mandarin copy for posts, reels, campaigns, and scripts.
• Develop original content themes aligned with brand tone and lifestyle culture.
• Work with Designers and Video Director to produce aesthetic, high-conversion content.
• Research keywords to improve content discoverability.
• Optimize captions, landing pages, and descriptions for search algorithms.
• Apply SEO principles to boost ranking on Google, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, and TikTok.
• Plan and manage paid social campaigns such as IG Boosting, Facebook Ads, and TikTok Promote.
