Job Description
As a Lead Full-Stack Developer, you will engage in day-to-day development tasks, collaborating closely with the founder and design team to make architectural decisions. You will be responsible for both mobile and backend components, ensuring optimal performance and integration across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop mobile applications using Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android.
- Build and maintain backend systems with Node.js, Python, or Go.
- Integrate APIs and ensure seamless system interactions.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with design teams to implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure product stability and scalability in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain and improve existing codebases for better functionality.
Job Requirements
