The Lead Full-Stack Developer at Enternite is responsible for owning the mobile application and backend systems of the company's lifestyle and entertainment platform. The role involves developing mobile and backend components, integrating systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring product stability and scalability in a fast-moving startup environment. The developer collaborates closely with the founder and design team to make architectural decisions and build key features for the platform.
Strong experience in mobile development using Flutter, React Native, native iOS, or Android.
Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Python, Go, or related technologies.
Solid understanding of APIs and integrations.
Solid understanding of databases including SQL and NoSQL.
Solid understanding of authentication and user management.
Solid understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Ability to work independently with high ownership.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Comfortable improving and maintaining an existing codebase.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working with content, UI elements, and references from both English and Mandarin interfaces.
Experience collaborating closely with founders who produce bilingual concepts.
Understanding of features, product behaviors, and user flows from international app patterns including the Chinese market.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
