Job Description
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing applications. You will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to various projects and ensuring the smooth operation of business applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing business application needs and requirements.
- Support the design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, and maintenance of applications and databases.
- Collaborate with IT associates and consultants on project development and maintenance.
- Help write and maintain custom application programs.
- Convert programs from RPG III to RPG IV/Free and RPG ILE as required.
- Provide suggestions for improving applications and optimizing performance.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Experience with RPG programming languages.
Familiarity with database management systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
