This role is an HR Intern position supporting the HR team and various business units. The position offers practical experience in recruitment, training, and company events within a global corporate environment.
The HR Intern will collaborate with HR Business Partners to support business units and assist in implementing HR initiatives and programs. Responsibilities include coordinating company events, participating in recruitment and onboarding processes, managing training grants and claims, conducting post-training evaluations, scheduling exit interviews, preparing HR reports, and performing other ad-hoc HR tasks as required.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong team player.
Curious and passionate about HR job function.
Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented.
High sense of discipline and confidentiality.
