The Internship Business Analyst/Pre Sales is responsible for assisting in the development and documentation of user requirements and functional specifications. This role plays a crucial part in optimizing business processes and enhancing system effectiveness within the banking technology sector.
Job Description
In this internship, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will assist in gathering user requirements and developing essential documentation. You will also participate in application testing and support implementation and training activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering user requirements for solutions.
- Develop user requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Create test scripts, user guides, and training materials.
- Perform application testing to ensure functionality.
- Support implementation and training activities for users.
- Conduct research and analysis on banking technologies.
- Propose enhancements to business processes and applications.
- Support the creation of technical and commercial proposals, including RFP/RFI responses.
Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Studies, Management, or related fields.
Excellent written and communication skills in English.
Outgoing and resourceful self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with MS Office Tools including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
