Links International is seeking a Solution Architect based in Malaysia to support our rapid growth and expansion as the HR Outsourcing Partner of choice in Asia Pacific. The successful candidate will lead the design and architecture of HRIS/HRMS solutions and HR/payroll systems, ensuring alignment with scalability, security, and operational best practices. This role involves collaborating closely with the Engineering Team and internal IT to maintain design consistency and quality implementation throughout the delivery lifecycle.
