Job Description
As a Solution Architect MDM, you will design and implement robust Mobile Device Management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Soti. Your role involves managing iOS and Android devices to meet specific business and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with the IT Competence Center to analyze business needs and transform them into digital processes. Applying ITIL frameworks, you will ensure service excellence while providing leadership and analytical expertise to drive the digitization of tire plant operations globally.
Job Requirements
Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience managing iOS and Android via MDM platforms, specifically SOTI and Intune.
Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken, for global communication.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities within technical environments.
Effective interpersonal skills and strong organizational time management.
