The Solution Architect MDM (Intune and Soti) is responsible for designing and implementing robust Mobile Device Management solutions. This role involves managing mobile devices to meet business and regulatory requirements while collaborating with IT teams to enhance digital processes.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in the day-to-day management of iOS and Android devices, ensuring compliance with business needs and regulatory standards. You will work closely with the IT Competence Center to analyze requirements and drive the digitization of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Mobile Device Management solutions using Microsoft Intune and Soti.
- Manage iOS and Android devices to meet specific business and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT Competence Center to analyze business needs.
- Transform business requirements into effective digital processes.
- Apply ITIL frameworks to ensure service excellence.
- Provide leadership and analytical expertise in digitization efforts.
- Drive the improvement of tire plant operations globally.
Job Requirements
Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience managing iOS and Android via MDM platforms, specifically SOTI and Intune.
Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective interpersonal skills and strong organizational time management.
