In this role, you will engage with potential customers, showcasing the capabilities of our accounting software through online demonstrations and addressing their inquiries. You will work in a dynamic environment that values communication and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound inquiries from potential customers.
- Conduct online product demonstrations to showcase software features.
- Assist customers in understanding how the software can simplify their operations.
- Present technical solutions clearly to address customer needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer pain points.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting software trends and features.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, sales, pre-sales, or solution consultant roles related to accounting or finance software.
Prior experience with cloud accounting software is a strong advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay, with Mandarin as a plus.
Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
