Accounting knowledge with Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or professional certifications such as ACCA or CPA.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, sales, pre-sales, or solution consultant roles related to accounting or finance software.
Prior experience with cloud accounting software is a strong advantage.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp software applications and digital tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay, with Mandarin as a plus.
Excellent presentation and demo skills with confidence in handling live customer interactions.
Logical thinking and problem-solving ability to address customer pain points.
Proactive and self-driven attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
