
The Customer Success Executive is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to the development of the best accounting software in Southeast Asia. This role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve queries and improve their experience with the product.
In this role, you will engage with customers through live chat, email, and calls, providing support and building strong relationships. You will collaborate with product and development teams to address technical issues and ensure customer needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Basic accounting knowledge supported by a diploma, degree, or professional certificates.
At least 1 year of experience in accounting or customer service preferred, though fresh graduates are welcome.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese or Malay is advantageous.
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
