Job Description

Bukku is a fast-growing software company providing cloud accounting software used by over 10,000 SMEs. The Customer Success Executive will help enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to building the best accounting software in Southeast Asia. The role involves providing support to customers through live chat, email, and calls, gaining product knowledge to resolve queries, managing customer relationships, and collaborating with product and development teams to address technical issues.

Job Requirements

Basic accounting knowledge is required, supported by a diploma, degree, or professional certificates.

At least 1 year of experience in accounting or customer service is preferred, though fresh graduates with potential are welcome.

Positions are open for junior to mid-level candidates.
