Role Summary
The Solution Customer Success Manager (SCSM) is responsible for enhancing customer engagement with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services. This role plays a critical part in driving customer success and facilitating digital transformation through strategic collaboration and tailored recommendations.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage with customers to enhance their use of SAP BTP services, ensuring a sustainable increase in consumption. You will serve as the main strategic contact for SAP BTP, coordinating resources and analyzing customer needs to implement effective consumption plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and enhance their use of SAP BTP services.
- Coordinate resources and analyze customer requirements to implement effective consumption plans.
- Provide tailored recommendations that align with SAP's strategic direction.
- Act as the customer's advocate within SAP to ensure their success.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to drive customer success initiatives.
- Facilitate digital transformation efforts for customers.
- Monitor and report on customer engagement and consumption metrics.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in customer success or account management.
Strong understanding of SAP BTP services and digital transformation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with cloud services and subscription models.
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
