Proven experience in customer success or account management
Strong understanding of SAP BTP services and digital transformation
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams
Familiarity with cloud services and subscription models
Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
