Role Summary
The Remote Service Delivery - Associate Service Engineer is responsible for providing expert support and service delivery within the Global Remote Service Delivery organization. This role involves collaborating with global teams to enhance service value and customer satisfaction across SAP solutions in various deployment scenarios.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include performing root cause analysis and delivering remote quality checks. You will support customers in S/4HANA and Cloud transformations while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support and service delivery within the Global Remote Service Delivery organization.
- Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues.
- Deliver remote quality checks and expert guided implementation services.
- Support customers in S/4HANA and Cloud transformations.
- Collaborate with global teams to enhance service value.
- Ensure customer satisfaction across various SAP solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP Services & Support Portfolio.
Job Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar.
Less than 3 years’ experience with SAP products and technology.
Strong customer-facing experience and business acumen.
Proficient in written, verbal and presentation skills in English.
Technically inquisitive with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
