The role involves updating daily operational trackers for middle mile functions, monitoring and checking daily activities against targets, and providing performance information to stakeholders. The coordinator prepares summary reports, coordinates with functional teams, and maintains records of operations. Additionally, the position requires overseeing performance levels and addressing any targets not met, along with performing ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics operations is preferred
Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required
Able to work independently in a dynamic and diverse environment
Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Rotational shift schedule, Overtime if required (up to 6 days)
