
The Specialist – Business Technology Enablement is responsible for driving the enablement of business technology within the Business Services Organization (BSO). This role focuses on optimizing tools, managing vendor relationships, and driving impactful outcomes in a global environment.
In this role, you will engage with business users to understand their pain points and design technology architecture that meets their needs. You will manage BSO-owned technologies and identify new technologies to enhance business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strong tech fluency; or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in business systems analysis, solution architecture, or product/implementation consulting.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, or Salesforce.
Familiarity with Azure services and SSO concepts.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work cross-culturally and remotely in a global environment.
