The Specialist – Business Technology Enablement is responsible for driving the enablement of business technology within the Business Services Organization (BSO) focused on optimizing tools, managing vendor relationships, and driving impactful outcomes. The role includes managing BSO-owned technologies, identifying and testing new technologies, engaging with business users to understand pain points, designing technology architecture, ensuring system integration, and enabling teams with the right tools and technologies.
Bachelors degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with strong tech fluency; or equivalent practical experience.
Years in business systems analysis, solution architecture, or product/ implementation consulting.
Hands-on experience with one or more: Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate), ServiceNow, Salesforce; familiarity with Azure services and SSO concepts.
Solid grasp of configuration management, solution design patterns (integration, authN/Z, error handling), API/ETL basics, and data privacy/security fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into architecture options and defend recommendations with data.
Strong communicator: concise writing, visual storytelling (diagrams), facilitation.
Comfortable working cross-culturally, remotely, in a global environment.
Able to present to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner produce presentations for end users and senior leadership.
