Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily analysis of revenue trends and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize hotel performance. You will utilize analytical tools and Marriott's Revenue Management systems to ensure the best outcomes for revenue and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze revenue, profit, and demand for hotel inventory.
- Prepare forecasts including budgets and projections.
- Critique the effectiveness of sales strategies.
- Manage inventory to maximize hotel revenue and profit.
- Ensure integration of rates, packages, and sales strategies into inventory systems.
- Act as a liaison between property and regional/corporate systems support.
- Inform and update executives and peers on relevant information in a timely manner.
Job Requirements
A degree in a relevant business discipline or equivalent work experience.
Ability to develop constructive relationships with stakeholders.
Strong communication skills.
Experience in revenue management or related field.
