A degree in a relevant business discipline is preferred or demonstration of equivalent work experience.
Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to act as a liaison between property and regional/corporate systems support when necessary.
Capability to inform and update executives, peers, and subordinates on relevant information in a timely manner.
