Job Description
As an SR&T Analyst in Valuation & Modeling, you will work on client engagements across Southeast Asia. You'll be involved in the full M&A lifecycle, conducting business analyses, building financial models, and performing valuations. You will draft proposals, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with teams to provide decision support. This role requires high-level financial analysis and the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly.
Job Requirements
Degree in accounting, finance, or business from a recognized university.
Professional qualifications such as CFA, CVA, ICAEW, or ACCA.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in audit, M&A, or investment banking.
Strong financial modelling skills, including building models from scratch.
Excellent numerical, analytical, and logical reasoning abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder presentations.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
