STATE REGISTERED NURSE, LILY WARD – KPJ Healthcare

The State Registered Nurse will provide essential nursing care to patients in a hospital setting. This role involves collaborating with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.

Responsible for rendering professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital. Such nursing care is an integral part of the individualized holistic patient care plan as directed by the Medical staff according to the Policies and Procedures of the hospital and in keeping with the generally accepted principles, policies and procedures of the Nursing Services.
