STATE REGISTERED NURSE, OPERATION THEATRE-1 at KPJ Healthcare - Kuala Lumpur

The STATE REGISTERED NURSE, OPERATION THEATRE-1 is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in the operation theatre. This role involves working collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare environment to ensure patient safety and adherence to care standards.

As a State Registered Nurse in the operation theatre, you will engage in daily nursing activities, ensuring that all patient care protocols are followed meticulously. You will work shifts as assigned, collaborating closely with the Unit Manager and other healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement nursing care in alignment with the Vision and Mission Statements.
• Work shift duties as assigned by the Unit Manager according to operational hours.
• Inform the Unit Manager of any changes affecting care standards.
• Receive and hand over patient reports, ensuring detailed knowledge of each case.
• Ensure all doctors’ orders are executed before shift changes.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with team members to provide quality care.
