Job Description
The Stewarding Supervisor at Sheraton Johor Bahru oversees daily operations related to cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and banquet areas. This position involves working closely with a team to maintain high standards of hygiene and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist Stewards to improve clean-up efficiency.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment effectively.
- Ensure proper water temperature and chemical levels are maintained.
- Manage inventory for banquets and buffets.

- Schedule and evaluate staff performance regularly.
