The supervisor also supports management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and motivating employees while maintaining safety standards and company policies.
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is required.
At least 2 years of related work experience is required.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
Ability to follow all company safety and security policies and procedures.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
Strong communication skills to speak clearly and professionally with others.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals.
