Store Technician – AirAsia

The Store Technician is responsible for assisting the Store Inspector in the effective management of material store operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with authority requirements and maintaining efficient inventory processes.

In this role, you will engage in daily operations that involve receiving, storing, and distributing materials within the store. You will work closely with the Store Inspector to ensure that all processes are executed smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Inspector in operating an effective stores system for materials management.
• Record all transaction details including receiving, issuance, storage, and stock taking.
• Ensure storage facilities and arrangements are properly set up for the preservation of parts.
• Monitor the movement of materials during issuance, receiving, and dispatch from stores.
• Coordinate and process materials requisition including AOG requests and preloads.
• Maintain, review, and update expiry date listings for items with shelf expiry dates.
• Ensure stock levels are sufficient to support operations.
