This role involves collaborating with client leadership to create effective change strategies and support individuals impacted by organizational changes.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve designing change initiatives and planning communications and training. You will work closely with change management leads and client stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement change strategies and plans.
- Conduct change impact and stakeholder analysis.
- Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
- Plan and design training and upskilling interventions.
- Collaborate with client leadership to align on key messages.
- Define metrics to measure business adoption and benefits realization.
- Leverage change management data and analytics for informed decision-making.
Job Requirements
Strong knowledge and experience in change management principles and practices.
Experience in conducting change impact and stakeholder analysis.
Familiarity with change management data analytics and related tools.
Good collaboration and communication skills to work with client sponsors and leadership.
Experience with behavioral and culture change techniques.
