You will support change management leads in creating change strategies, developing stakeholder engagement plans, designing change initiatives, and planning communications and training to support people impacted by change. The role requires conducting change impact and stakeholder analysis, leveraging change management data and analytics, and collaborating with client leadership to align on key messages and behavior shifts. You will also define metrics to measure business adoption and benefits realization, ensuring timely communication and continuous improvement.
