Job Description
In this role, you will engage with students daily, utilizing inquiry-based teaching methods to enhance their learning experiences. You will also lead the curriculum area, inspiring both students and fellow educators to strive for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement curriculum plans that meet diverse learner needs.
- Facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences in the classroom.
- Lead and mentor fellow educators in best teaching practices.
- Assess and evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and the school community to support student learning.
- Organize and participate in professional development activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Job Requirements
A relevant degree plus teaching qualification or equivalent.
Higher degree or recognized professional qualification is preferred.
Coaching accreditation is preferred.
Evidence of continued relevant professional development.
Experience in teaching learners with diverse needs.
Experience in an international school environment is preferred.
