Job Description
In this role, the Subject Teacher will engage with secondary school students, fostering their English language skills through innovative and inclusive teaching methods. The teacher will create a supportive atmosphere that encourages student agency and inquiry-based learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver English Language Acquisition and English for Academic Purposes lessons.
- Support students in developing proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, listening, and grammar.
- Employ inclusive practices to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Utilize inquiry-based teaching strategies to motivate and challenge learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery.

Job Requirements
A relevant degree.
A teaching qualification (or equivalent).
CELTA or TESOL qualification (preferred).
Evidence of continued relevant professional development.
Experience in teaching learners with diverse needs.
2+ years experience in an international school environment (preferred).
Relevant curriculum experience.
