Job Description
In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are compliant and ready for use. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily vehicle movements to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Guide the team during loading and inspections to maintain operational standards.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and efficiency.
- Analyze KPIs to identify areas for operational improvements.
- Coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Document processes and procedures for fleet operations.
- Ensure adherence to inspection standards and procedures.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Automotive, or related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in fleet or transport operations.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in Excel and fleet tracking systems.
Solid understanding of inspection standards and procedures.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to lead a small team and manage priorities.
GDL/Competent License is an added advantage.
