
The position requires a fleet operations professional to manage vehicle movements and team performance. Responsibilities include ensuring vehicle compliance, analyzing KPIs, and fostering relationships with stakeholders while driving operational efficiency.
In this role, you will oversee daily vehicle movements, ensuring compliance and readiness of the fleet. You will guide the team during loading and inspections, manage vendor relationships, and analyze KPIs to drive operational improvements. Coaching and documentation are also key responsibilities.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Automotive, or related discipline
3–5 years of experience in fleet or transport operations
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficient in Excel and fleet tracking systems
Solid understanding of inspection standards and procedures
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead a small team and manage priorities
GDL/Competent License is an added advantage
