Job Description

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a supply strategy that delivers the lowest total cost and maximizes customer satisfaction through world-class service. The role includes managing demand planning, stock parameters, promotional inventory, and collaborating with various internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal stockholding.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree ideally in Supply Chain Management, statistics or any related field.

Proficiency in Chinese (preferably fluent speaking and understanding), Malay, and English.

Minimum 3 years working experience in supply and demand planning, analytics, data, insights, and strategy.

Strong analysis skills and project management capabilities.

Commercial knowledge is an added advantage.

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, SQL and/or other business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
