In this role, you will oversee day-to-day supply chain activities, focusing on demand planning and inventory management. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong collaboration and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs.
- Manage demand planning and stock parameters effectively.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align supply chain activities.
- Coordinate with external suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Analyze inventory levels and promotional inventory needs.
- Monitor and report on supply chain performance metrics.
- Lead projects aimed at improving supply chain efficiency.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, statistics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply and demand planning.
Proficiency in Chinese, Malay, and English.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, SQL, and/or business intelligence tools.
