Job Description
The Systems Operator at STRATEQ GROUP is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, monitoring, and maintenance of the IT infrastructure within the Data Centre. This role involves monitoring data center health through various systems, performing environment and floor checks, supporting customer operations, managing access and equipment movement, and maintaining security and procedural compliance.
Job Requirements
Minimum Certificate or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
Willingness to work morning and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Computer literacy.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude.
Experience in IT shift operations.
