Role Summary

The T&T Associate - Quality & Risk Management is responsible for supporting business units across Southeast Asia in managing quality and risk activities. This role involves conducting checks, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with global standards while collaborating with various teams.

Job Description

In this role, you will be part of the regional Quality, Risk & Management (QRM) team, engaging in daily activities that include managing client and third-party checks. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires strong analytical skills and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct background and internal conflict checks on clients and third parties.
  • Prepare assessment reports based on findings.
  • Investigate fraudulent activities and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze search results and assist in research efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with Deloitte's global standards.
  • Communicate effectively with regional engagement teams.
  • Support business units across Southeast Asia in QRM activities.

Job Requirements

Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical skills with a detailed and systematic approach.

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Able to work independently and handle confidential information professionally.

Willing to consider alternative or non-standard working hours when required.

Knowledge of Power BI and reporting tools is considered desirable.
