Job Description
The role is part of the Deloitte SEA Graduate Analyst Program and involves participating in structured training, mentorship, and regional project assignments to develop consulting skills and business acumen. The candidate will perform research, data analysis, and modelling to address complex business problems and contribute to proposals, presentations, and publications within the Oracle offering, which focuses on digital transformation projects to optimize operations, innovation, and operational excellence across industries. As a Business Analyst, the individual will analyze operations, collaborate with teams to implement solutions, conduct research and provide data-driven recommendations. They are expected to pursue continuous learning and development, demonstrate accountability, improve communication and relationship-building skills, and contribute to Deloitte's success through integrity and understanding of the business.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of work experience.
Strong academic degree / master in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
Be a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, from logical reasoning and creative thinking to effectively untangling complex issues.
Interest in technology with an understanding of key trends and an eagerness to learn emerging technologies and new skills quickly.
Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours environment and a sense of humour.
Desire to make a difference and transform organizations.
