Job Description
As a T&T Manager within the Artificial Intelligence & Data team, you will lead the delivery of intelligent automation solutions, including RPA, AI, and chatbots. You will manage the entire project lifecycle from inception to completion, coordinating people, resources, and budgets to meet business needs. This role involves designing innovative process solutions, managing risks and dependencies, and building trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Additionally, you will drive practice development by identifying revenue-generating opportunities and contributing to proposal writing and pitch presentations.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in data processing and ETL development using Databricks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Tableau.
Strong knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging abilities.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Experience in managing project scope, goals, deliverables, and budgets.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
