As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will engage in various recruitment activities, including managing interviews and selection processes. You will work closely with universities and contribute to the overall talent acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a Business-related field.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with video or photo editing software is an added advantage.
Ability to manage campus recruitment and interview selection processes.
Capability to perform talent market research and candidate sourcing.
Strong relationship management skills for university partnerships.
