A dynamic internship role focused on managing campus recruitment, candidate selection, and talent sourcing for graduate and internship programs. This position supports the Talent Acquisition team in identifying high-potential talent while fostering relationships with academic institutions.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce of Schneider Electric. You will drive campus recruitment efforts, manage the end-to-end interview and selection process for internship and graduate programs, and support assessment centers. Additionally, you will conduct talent market research, source experienced hires, and build strong partnerships with key universities to maintain a robust talent pipeline while contributing to sustainability goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a Business-related field.
Strong communication and analytical skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience with video or photo editing software is an added advantage.
Ability to manage campus recruitment and interview selection processes.
Capability to perform talent market research and candidate sourcing.
Strong relationship management skills for university partnerships.
