
The Talent Development Specialist is responsible for designing and executing a global annual learning and development agenda. This role significantly impacts the organization's ability to foster a culture of continuous learning and development through innovative virtual training solutions.
In this role, you will engage in the design and delivery of virtual learning programs while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the learning experience. You will also evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and manage onboarding workshops for new managers.
