The Technical Presales Engineer (Connectivity and Managed Services) is responsible for managing all technical aspects of the sales cycle. This role involves aligning technical requirements with the company's services and supporting the sales team in delivering effective solutions to customers.
Job Description
As a Technical Presales Engineer, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include explaining solutions to customers, conducting presentations, and developing high-level designs based on customer needs. You will also prepare proposals and provide training to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle.
- Determine technical requirements and align them with company services.
- Explain solutions to customers effectively.
- Support the sales team in technical discussions.
- Conduct presentations to showcase solutions.
- Develop high-level designs based on customer needs.
- Prepare proposals for potential clients.
- Provide training to internal teams on technical aspects.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant technology experience.
Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching, SDWAN, Cybersecurity services.
Good understanding of SOC services, MDR, EDR.
Experience in MPLS and Telco Solutions preferred.
Strong communication skills in English.
CCNP/CCDP or equivalent preferred.
