
The Technical Presales Engineer will play a crucial role in the sales process by aligning technical solutions with customer needs. This position requires strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to drive sales.
As a Technical Pre-Sales Engineer, you will manage all technical aspects of the sales cycle, determining technical requirements and aligning them with the company's services. Your role involves explaining solutions to customers, supporting the sales team, conducting presentations, and developing high-level designs based on customer needs. You will also prepare proposals and provide training to internal teams.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, Engineering or related field
Minimum 5 years of relevant technology experience
Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching, SDWAN, Cybersecurity services
Good understanding of SOC services, MDR, EDR
Experience in MPLS and Telco Solutions preferred
Strong communication skills in English
CCNP/CCDP or equivalent preferred
