Role Summary
The Technician, Aircond/Equipment is responsible for performing regular servicing and preventive maintenance on various air conditioning systems. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring optimal operation and support for outlet teams across multiple locations.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day maintenance and troubleshooting of HVAC systems and F&B equipment, working closely with outlet teams to ensure all equipment operates efficiently. You will also manage inventory and liaise with vendors for complex repairs while adhering to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular servicing and preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems.
- Diagnose faults and troubleshoot HVAC systems effectively.
- Maintain equipment and ensure optimal operation across outlets.
- Provide support to outlet teams for equipment-related issues.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment.
- Liaise with vendors for complex repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Job Requirements
Certificate/Diploma in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years hands-on experience in HVAC servicing and F&B equipment maintenance.
Proficient in troubleshooting Air Conditioning systems.
Familiar with equipment such as freezers and chillers.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Malay.
Willing to travel across outlets within assigned regions.
Possess own transport.
