Job Description
The Technician at Four Points by Sheraton Desaru engages in daily maintenance tasks and responds promptly to repair requests from guests. Working in a dynamic environment, the Technician collaborates with other team members to maintain high standards of safety and functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest repair requests efficiently.
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
- Inspect and maintain inventory of mechanical room equipment.
- Conduct minor repairs on various systems.
- Assist with landscaping repairs as needed.
- Maintain general housekeeping related to engineering tasks.
- Communicate daily activities and updates with other shifts.
Job Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
Some experience in general maintenance, surface preparation, and painting is preferred.
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Basic computer skills are required.
