
This position focuses on supporting vehicle operations through inspections, maintenance coordination, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have automotive experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
In this role, you will provide essential support in vehicle handover and inspection processes, ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting pre-delivery inspections, coordinating vehicle maintenance, managing stock and inventory, and facilitating inter-branch vehicle transfers. You will also liaise with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualification in SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline
Preferably some level of Automotive Education
Minimum 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry
Valid driving license with a clean record
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Team player with a quality-first mentality
Familiarity with JPJ or Puspakom procedures is a plus
