The Technician - Property Management is responsible for ensuring all electrical equipment and appliances are in safe working condition. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the safety and functionality of property management systems within the Klang Valley area.
Job Description
As a Technician in Property Management, you will engage in daily maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety standards in a dynamic work environment. You will collaborate with various teams to address tenant needs and uphold the integrity of property systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all electrical equipment and appliances are in safe working condition.
- Maintain electrical systems and check fire fighting systems.
- Update preventive maintenance schedules regularly.
- Monitor the Building Automation System (BAS).
- Attend to tenant requests promptly.
- Accurately record all work orders.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient operations.
Job Requirements
Minimum diploma or equivalent.
Technical certification in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC is desirable.
Minimum of 2 years experience in facility management.
Familiarity with high-rise building safety codes.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
