
The Technician is responsible for addressing and resolving guest repair requests. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the hotel's operational standards and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective maintenance support.
The Technician engages in daily maintenance tasks, responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This position requires a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and a commitment to upholding safety and inventory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting is preferred.
Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
Must possess a valid Driver's License.
Basic computer skills are required.
