Job Description

The Technician engages in daily maintenance tasks, responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This position requires a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and a commitment to upholding safety and inventory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and attend to guest repair requests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot various systems and components.
  • Maintain inventory and safety standards.
  • Execute basic repairs, cleaning, and upkeep tasks.
  • Follow company policies and safety procedures.
  • Support team goals while ensuring a professional appearance.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting is preferred.

Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.

Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Basic computer skills are required.
