The technician works both in-store and on-site as needed.
Job Description
The Technology Technician is responsible for servicing, inspecting, and repairing IT equipment such as laptops, PCs, and accessories. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing operating systems, drivers, and related software, as well as replacing and installing spare parts like HDD/SSD, RAM, batteries, keyboards, and screens. The technician also provides technical advice to customers, prepares service reports and records, maintains cleanliness of work equipment, and works both in-store/workshop and on-site at customer locations when needed.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM / SKM / Diploma in IT, Electronics, Computer, or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of repair and troubleshooting for hardware and software.
Fresh graduates are welcome with training provided.
Diligent, responsible, and able to learn quickly.
Able to work in-store/workshop and on-site when required.
