Job Description
The Internship Quantity Surveyor role involves assisting in the preparation of taking-off quantities and quantity calculations. The intern will support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tenders, help prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ) and tender documents, update project cost records and related reports, and assist with contract administration tasks. The role may also involve attending site or office meetings as needed and ensuring compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
Job Requirements
Candidates should be Diploma or Degree students in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of construction drawings and quantity calculations is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is necessary, with AutoCAD knowledge considered an advantage.
Candidates must be interested in learning and building a career in quantity surveying.
The role requires discipline, responsibility, and the ability to work in a team.
