Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers through various communication channels to promote insurance products such as Motor, Travel, and Personal Accident insurance. You will explain the benefits of these products, recommend suitable options based on customer needs, and follow up on assigned leads. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system and stay updated on product information and compliance guidelines.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or insurance-related roles is an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay; fluency in Mandarin is a plus
Target-driven and motivated to achieve sales goals
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Willingness to attend basic product or compliance training if required
